This is the official application of the E-TWOW community. Use this app to configure and control your E-TWOW Electric Scooter*, but also to keep up with the latest developments in the world of electric mobility. The application allows you to connect your smartphone to the electric scooter using Bluetooth Low-Energy capabilities.
With our application you can:
-search nearby devices and connect with your scooter;
-choose between the metric and the imperial measuring system;
-view the battery level and the scooter's speed;
-view the total distance traveled;
-control the LED light;
-set the maximum speed limit;
-toggle zero start function;
-lock the scooter(anti-theft function).
-view the scooter’s speed in real time
-keep up with the latest news regarding E-TWOW scooters as well as the most relevant news in the world of electric mobility.
-browse the latest E-TWOW vehicles and compare their specifications.
-receive relevant notifications that will improve your riding experience.

Connection impossible ; je n’arrive même pas à accéder ! J’ai reçu ma trottinette avant hier ; j’espère que la qualité sera meilleure que celle de l’appli …
Ne fonctionne pas
Ne fonctionne pas sur iOS 16.2. Inscription impossible. Retour le message "error" sans aucune information au démarrage.

Actuellement l appli hors service !! (Error connections ) Heureusement que je n ai pas verrouillée la trottinette avant le hs ?!?!!!!

Cette application n’est pas fonctionnelle ! Elle ne cesse d’afficher un message d’erreur ! Rien ne fonctionne ! Ne téléchargez pas c’est une perte de temps, les promesses de cette application ne sont en aucun cas respectée.

L’application affiche un message d’erreur au démarrage. Impossible de s’identifier !! PROBLÈME LA TROTTINETTE EST VERROUILLÉ ET DU COUP IMPOSSIBLE DE LA DÉVERROUILLER LA TROTTINETTE FREINE ET SONNE VITE UNE MISE A JOUR SVP !!!!

Appli basique mais problèmes d’enregistrement de trajets !
Problème de connexion
Je viens de recevoir ma trottinette GT SE J’ai téléchargé l’application J’ai effectué les modalités de reconnaissances (Email, code d’activation, mot de passe) Jusque là tout va bien. Mais manifestement ma trottinette ne reconnaît pas mon smartphone et reste bloquée en mode : « Bluetooth os turned on » Mais elle ne bascule pas sur les fonctionnalités. Quand je vais dans réglage, j’ai juste une ligne : « Notifications générales » Je demande donc votre aide pour enfin profiter de toutes les fonctionnalités de ma trottinette en mode Bluetooth. Par avance merci

Au moment où j’écris ce message ma trottinette est verrouillée et je n’arrive pas à m’y connecter.
