Too often updates for the app
Every time I go to the app it require to update it. Annoying a bit
Bug with camera
The app requires to update my Emirates ID and when I go through the process I need to take a photo of the front and the back of ID, but the camera does not focus on the document and when I fit the image in the suggested square on the screen - it’s unreadable and all blurry. Please fix this issue so that the camera will focus on the object otherwise it is impossible to update ID
Roaming add ons do not work
Extremely frustrated with this app as add ons cannot be bought due to "unable to process". This left me without connection overseas on a major business trip. The virtual assistant within the app wasted 30min of my time going in circles adding to the frustration.

Prices are crazy and not affordable. Normal cellular tariffs start from 300 AED
