Tried contacting e-zone on multiple occasions and haven’t heard back once. When first installed worked of and on for about 2 months now just doesn’t connect at all. Wish I seen these reviews prior to my air con gun installing would have gone with someone else

I was having issue with my aircon controller and specifically the app linked to it. I was able to make a service call and within a day was able organise a technician to attend. Brad came and quickly identified the issue and restored my system back to full use. Furthermore Brad took the time to explain all settings to make sure we get best use of our system - both efficiency and cost wise. Excellent service.

Please. HomeKit is my hub, it’s annoying to have a separate app

This app is just terrible. They obviously gave up supporting it. It’s simply doesn’t work anymore at all. Constant errors. Don’t buy this system at all.

Everything is perfect

Had this app and unit for two years and constant problems. App won’t connect from my phone or iPad so can’t turn aircon on as I leave work. Or app shows as working and aircon on but hasn’t connected to the main wall Mount tablet at home. I get home and house is hot. Ring up out of hours “emergency “ number and don’t hear back. Waste of time.

I’ve given a 2 star because when it works it’s great. But that rarely happens. I’ve had it for about 6 years and even got a new controller a couple of years ago but that made no difference. If I’m on the same Wi-Fi it will occasionally work. If I’m out and try to use it, it’s the same. Defeats the purpose of buying this system. Have to actually use the controller 90% of the time as the app continuously says error. Even though everything is updated.

Instead of adding how many hours to control the aircon going on or off, could it be changed to a time rather pleaae?

Switches from heat to cold of its own accord. Won’t switch on or off as instructed. Useless.

Does what we wanted, Would love a 24hr 7 day schedule program rather than just the on/off timer
