Hi! I GOT THE EARFUN FREE 1S AND I COULD NOT HAVE THEM LINK TO THE EARFUN APP, I CURRENTLY LIVE IN VENEZUELA, CAN YOU GUYS REACH OUT AND HELP ME PLEASE

Do not buy these earphones. They are completely useless. They’ve replaced 3 and they still don’t charge fully or one earbud charges while the other depletes. They’ve seldom work. And the app is absolutely useless. They are the worst wireless earphones on the market. A complete waste of money. As I said replaced 3 times and they still are rubbish. Their sign in doesn’t send an activation code. Their YouTube video for resetting is rubbish. It’s as if they have gone out of there way to take your money and run. The earphones and app are frustrating. Better off spending a little more money and getting a proper set. DO NOT BUY EARFUN.

Pretty sure my air life earbuds don’t charge the left earbud related to the software. First pair had the issue and now the second pair has the exact same issue. Connects to the case and I’ve done all the troubleshooting but it straight up just won’t charge. Connects to everything even the app and the battery just never increase past 12%

Just picked up an EarFun U Boom L speaker. Sounds great, but I wish the app supported it. The iPhone sees it via Bluetooth and plays music through it, but the app will not see the speaker and hence I can’t get to the graphic equalizer or any of the custom settings. Help!

I love my air pro 4s but they won’t connect to the app for some reason but they connect to my phone

The buds when coupled with the app represent a significant value in the $40-$50 earbud price range. The equalizer feature is what really shines, enabling you to tailor the frequency response to suit your personal preference. Just used them for the first time today, but I am impressed.

I've owned various EarFun headphones with AirPro 4 being the latest. They're great sounding buds. The app complements the buds fairly well. Great to update the firmwate, set/adjust equalizer, set ANC, set custom touch controls or completely disable them. The app DOES WORK. The buds connect via Bluetooth extremely well. If not, you're doing something wrong; contact EarFun.

App update states bug fixes but app now opens with a full screen AD. DISAPPOINTING considering I paid for the product that I'm using with this app!!!!!

I just upliad and the new version didnt work well theres several bugs and corrections which needs this version

I bought two pairs of EarFun Pro3, downloaded the app, updated the app, and there is NOTHING! Just the “sounds”, i. e., waves, rain, birds, etc., and a page with my personal info, and NOTHING else! Where is the equalizer for the sound?? I don’t understand this at all. I’m VERY unhappy!
