Just got these yesterday. Read the bad reviews. Almost sent them back before I ever even installed them on my phone. Do not listen to the earlier reviews. They work just like they’re supposed to. I followed the instructions and read all the reviews on the correct way to make these work. Still learning about them but so far so good.

I got my headphones in the mail today, scanned the QR code and it took me to the apple shop and to this app. Needless to say it’s been hours since I’ve hit the download button and it’s still going in circles and yet to even attempt to download at all. Talk about being incredibly frustrated

Downloaded this app. Unable to connect any ear buds to the app at all. Did every single trouble shooting suggestion, reset the phone, updated the app, the phone, ear buds, made sure all the Bluetooth access points were on. Nothing. It’s very disappointing

I don’t know what others are talking about but the AI and translation features work great and I’m glad to see the developers constantly improving the app.

App does not download. Can’t tell if it works or not.

I tried to connect with Miniso and Beats headset. This app does not connect to either. It cannot find the devices.

App doesn't work. Bluetooth doesn't connect with any headset and i’ve tried multiple this is no user error either don’t get scammed by buying the headset.
