Widget

Need iOS 18 widget. Super inconvenient having to go into the app to look when I could easily look at my widget and swipe away in 2 seconds

Needs quick balance widget

The app works perfect, but we really need a widget to see balances.

Slower than it used to be

This app used to be the best banking app i had ever used. It was fast, and it showed pending purchases almost immediately. Now it feels like this app is at least 3 days slower than it used to be. Especially on automatic debits

Please make a widget for this. I used to have one and now that I have a new phone, there’s no option for one. Desperately needed.

Can’t receive calls or emails to register my device, why?

Been trying for 4 days to register my new iPhone to no success. Did the recent updates affect my profile and communication links? No success with email either. Nothing has changed, just a new device. HELP! KHB

Great app, but update for Widgets (Quick Balance) in iOS 18.

Love this app. Been using it forever, very few issues or bugs. However, back when iOS17 released and allowed Widgets and such, this app never introduced them. So, I had to add an “outdated” one for Quick Balance, which always appeared at the very bottom of my screen I have dedicated for Widgets, since it’s not an actual “Widget”. Now that iOS18 is out, I can no longer use this and have to go into the app every time to see my balances. Basically, I can’t “peek” at my balance using the Quick Balance feature because there’s no dedicated Widget. Please, please update and add a Widget of some sort, that will let us use the Quick Balance peek on iOS18. 4 stars for now, until this happens. Thanks!

Great credit union, horrendous app

It seems like this app is nonfunctional almost every time I need to check a balance or make a transfer. Whoever coded this has the programming knowledge of my 5 year old nephew.
