Features:

Estimation or quotes: Make, share, print, send professional quotations or estimates or convert an estimate to invoice with a single click. Add expiry date, customer notes & business terms. Also track all the invoices that are linked to an estimate.
Customer Contacts: Manage both business & individual contacts, which can be used as customers while making an invoice or estimate. Also email, SMS text, phone call or WhatsApp directly from the App's contact screen.
Items: Searchable inventory items that can be reused & tracked, helping you to maintain multiple products and services you sell.
Discount: Apply discount amount or percentage for an invoice item as well as for the invoice and estimate aggregate sub-total.
Multiple tax systems: Supports both single and multiple (tax group) taxes, depending on the country you do business in. For example India's GST with CGST & SGST, United States Local tax & State tax, single tax systems like VAT or commercial tax. You can also set a default tax that needs to be pre-selected while adding a new item.
Note: if the tax rate is changed & you have existing invoices based on the old rate, just create a new Tax record with the new rate and start using it (instead of changing existing tax records).
Auto-complete & duplicate copy: Create new copies from an existing Invoice, estimate or inventory item. Also, pre-populate fields from existing records, with auto complete fields.
PDF preview: Instant PDF preview with different templates & colors, help you create invoices & estimates of your choice.
