Hi! You don’t have any way of writing to you, except for Behance, and you don’t reply there. Last year I've purchased premium version of your "Easy knitty" app. This year i've changed my phone, and while transferring all data from the old one — i've lost all progress in the app! Please retrieve my projects. Otherwise I don’t see any point in paying for your app and will demand a refund.

This app is great and I use it all the time. Will there ever be an option to sync it to the cloud so its information is current across devices?

I was using the premium app for quite a while with no ads. For some reason I am now getting ads. Super annoying and disruptive. Could you please fix this?

I’ve been using this app for a while and i love it but suddenly everything except the row counter started saying I couldn’t use it because its only offered with the full app

I paid for premium and it was working perfectly until this morning. Now I cannot access the details of my completed projects. This is completely and utterly disappointing.

I really liked the simplicity of this app and even bought the paid version but every time I use it the battery on my phone runs out of a charge. I have an iPhone 13 plus so it’s not old. Sadly I can’t use the app anymore

I LOVE this app! I am a crocheter and needed an easy way to keep track of stitches and rows. This is exactly what I needed. I immediately paid the $5 for the premium version and it’s the best $5 I’ve spent! I was a little hesitant that it would be geared more towards knitting but it works great for crocheting as well!

I really enjoy and like the features offered in this app! It works well and I like the options of customizing or writing notes if necessary! I didn’t mind paying for full access to the app. It was reasonably priced and will be helpful to have for in the future. My favorite aspects are the options to have several sections for one project and having the time tracker for the projects. The time tracker is important to me because I’m considering selling projects in the future. This will be helpful so that I can more accurately know how much time I’m spending on making things! However, my bigger issue/bug I see most in the app is the timer not working properly. It works perfectly fine only if the app is left open on the phone screen. However, if I lock my phone and leave it in the background, it either won’t continue counting the time that passes or it will jump significantly forward and record an amount of time that hasn’t passed yet. Before the recent update, the time tracking feature worked alright when I would leave it to run in the background/phone screen locked. But it’s been pretty funky since! Overall, very happy with it!!!
