Was charged twice
Order the food through this app and after entering all my card information it gave me the message that the transaction couldn’t be completed. Chose then to order the food on board. To find out later that the transaction did go through and that “the order had been pick up”. So ended up paying twice for the same meal. Wrote to customer service and was told that I would get contacted. Still waiting on that… So not a great experience to say the least 👎🏻
