EasyCanvas - Subscription

The app works fine, however, the free trial policy doesn’t mention that your money will get detected within the free trial period my money which had to be detected after the end of free trial got detected during the free trial, and I was not ready for the subscription. Poor customer support, I didn’t get a reply about my refund yet.

I have been using it since last year and it helped me a lot while working with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. It connects easily with my Windows PC and saves valuable time as well.

I subscribed to Easy Canvas Subscription app. But when I try to connect my PC with the iPad, I am getting a ‘can’t locate a valid subscription message’. I tried to reach support and attached a log file but the system is asking me to attach a log file again and not letting me progress. Please help or refund my money.

I paid for the app. It doesn’t work at all. I downloaded it in mac but it didn’t work or run on the mac . Pl help me

Earlier it was okay. Now when connected to PC, the monitor brightness reduces. Also writing is laggy.

As an artist Apple Pencil support and no lag makes it perfect for using as Wacom alternative as iPads have good colour production Support for wireless mode,gestures,shortcuts makes it stand out against competition..if not using for art doubles as external displays with support for extension (secondary monitor). Thank you for awesome work.

I have used easy canvas regular one ! But there is lot of issues in EasyCanvas pro ,, it’s not connecting to my PC, shows loading screen in app . I also tried connecting to support even they didn’t respond to my mail, this too bad , I purchased this a week ago and still m not able to use it… I shifted from duet display to EasyCanvas pro thinking it will make my work easy but it’s not working even m not able to fix this ,,,,

Really this app is very useful for media design persons like me. This app is far away better than duet app especially for windows users. Great app. Looking forward to get more features in this app and final note, it’s totally awesome in photoshop and zbrush

I paid extra for pro. The wireless thing worked for one day and then stopped working.

I downloaded the app on my IPad and Windows PC. it ran smoothly for the first time. But when I tried to connect it again it isn’t connecting. Both the devices are connected through same WiFi and also usb connection is not working. Please help
