Can’t sign in on Apple TV. No support from the developer.

It all started October 2020 when I first bought the PRO version and it wasn’t working properly. Really bad customer service! It took ages for them to get back to me and only because I emailed them again. They told me to purchase the app again (I then hoped I’d be refunded) but still the app didn’t worked in any of my apple devices! Today after getting in touch with Apple support got confirmation I’m not getting my money back. 100 SEK down the toilet! Terrible service and unreliable! A theft!

Köpte först den billiga appen på Apple tv då jag har Dropbox. Får inte fram mina bilder via denna appen som finns i Dropbox, provade då att köpa den dyra appen men det var lika dant där, inga bilder. 30:- + 85:- = 115:- har jag betalat och inga bilder kan jag se! Vill ha mina pengar tillbaka!

Previously, this has been a great app that worked well with dropbox. However, in the current version of tvOS, it has stopped working. At the time of this writing 16.x Would be nice to have this app. Updated to work with current versions. Also would be nice to be able to sort titles, alphabetically or date, etc. Please fix this app

Bought this app on Apple TV specifically to access Dropbox content thru my screen, but this app won't connect. I tried to find support but only an e-mail address. I'll update if this issue gets resolved.

Stopped working. Tried to contact support but they aren’t responding. Waste of money.

One login code from your iPhone and you’re accessing files, photos, and videos straight from your Apple TV! Been waiting for someone to build this for years. And bonus, the UI is really nice too. Great job dude! I’ve only accessed Google Drive API with great success so can’t comment on One Drive or Dropbox.

I have the standard version of this that I used with my Apple TV to stream video from Google Drive, worked fine (not perfect) for the cost of it. As of 2020, Google Drive seemed to block it so I wrote in...no reply...kept resending the same mail until someone finally wrote back saying it is being fixed. A month later, no fix. I wrote again...and again...and again. Finally a reply saying it should be working, to please offer my Support ID, the zero again. I decided to try this Pro version JUST IN CASE it is better, same result. Bottom line, this company needs to be abolished by Apple for its horrendoes customer 'service' and appalling theivery to consumers!

I couldn’t get any Google Drive videos to play on the Apple TV. I would open a video and it just spun and wouldn’t even load the timecode. I emailed support and never received a reply in 10 days. I requested a refund.

Bought app to stream movies stored on Google Drive to Apple TV, iPad, and iPhone. It does not work. It’s a rip off and should be pulled from App Store immediately.
