Easygas India - LPG Delivery

The worst gas service in Banglore. For surrendering the cylinder I have followed up several times. Everytime they tell that their distributor will pick up by eod. Customer support is very bad. Very poor and service. If you are looking for the cylinder never ever go for for this app

Have to share location and coordinate with 10 different people every time. They have audacity to misbehave and speak harshly as if they are providing services for free. Bangalore people please avoid this agency, better go with HP or indane.

This is the worst gas agency I’ve ever dealt with in Bangalore. I’ve had issues with the last two refills. The first time, despite several calls, reminders, and complaints, I received the refill after 7 days, and the delivery person even asked for a tip for his late service. Now, I’ve booked a spare cylinder with a refill, and the ridiculous part is that the agency marked it as delivered and closed the request, but I never received the delivery. To make matters worse, their app shows I have 2 cylinders in possession. Frustrated, I switched to HP gas and received the delivery on the same day, at a lower cost. I can’t wait to empty the cylinder and close this connection for good. To all Bangaloreans: avoid getting a connection from this agency if you want reliable service!

Terrible app, no support

I submitted a request for cylinder surrender and a refund of my deposit 20 days ago, but the customer care team hasn't addressed it. After following up again, they asked me to provide the same details once more, and still, no action has been taken. It feels like my requests are being ignored. Overall, it’s been a frustrating experience. I would advise against getting a gas connection here if you value your security deposit.

I would highly not recommend this service I booked gas and was told that I would get it delivered within a day. 2 days gone and I am still yet to receive cylinder. No support from the customer care and poor management by distributors

On iphone OTP is not coming after entering phone number. its not allowing me to login.

If you want gas to deliver on time, you should not use this app. It has been more than 15 hours and gas is still not delivered, there is no ETA on the app and no updates when it would be processed or delivered. It is good to opt for local service!

Basically needed a new gas connection urgently and after searching and realising everyone makes it so complicated when compared to how we used to get Cooking Gas in UAE, this company made me feel just like that one I registered on app and next day under 17hrs they delivered and installed the connection. And one advice I can give to EASYGAS Is to continue maintaining this level of professionalism to be doing great business.
