While traveling in Ireland, we needed to charge our car and came across one of EasyGos chargers. Several of us in our group tried to sign up for an account but we are still awaiting the email confirmation several days later. Needless to say, we went somewhere else for charging.

Stayed at a hotel in Clonmel over the past two days, which has 2 EasyGO charging points, one fast charger and one Type 2. However, my iPhone EasyGo app only showed the fast charger. After I removed the app from my iPhone and reinstalled it, both charging points showed up. Frustrating. Please make sure that charging point information is updated automatically and doesn’t require reinstall of the app every time a new charging point becomes available in Ireland.

The app looks good but already have esb account with a free card to tap and charge. Charging us €6 for a card sorry not paying and should be free to all customers and need better services

EasyGO needs to get their act together. Useless app, desperate CX.

Registered (again). Have been waiting hours for the confirmation email before I can proceed any further - still hasn’t arrived. On the charging station, Easygo says they’re the best EV charging provider. Well, they’re not. They’re not even adequate.

Major fault of app is that it’s shows available bays when they are actually in use. Big let down for someone running out of juice to route him further down for charger that is not available. They can also guide you to ESB chargers, but then charge you double of what ESB would charge

Cannot top up currently causing the app and charging to be unusable

Never seems to connect, always waiting for data. 4 goes at Powers Kurt now and never charges even though says session in progress

First of all, I love EasyGO! I never had any issues in the 2 years I have my EV except one charging station had a grounding problem. But the app seems to have a problem with showing some charging stations as active. I’m literally at this very moment sitting in my car charging at the Clare County Council parking lot chargers and the app shows that he chargers as “unknown” and greyed out. Has been like this for these chargers and a few others in Ennis for a long time. So we can never see ahead of time if the chargers are occupied or free. Could you please fix this?
