Easy Park in Malaga
The name says it all. 1 minute to load the app and input car/payment details. The rest was printed by the app. Used it for two days from the comfort of my hotel.
Ticket
Parked exactly in the space they marked as ok, and got a 115$ tickets the next day. I trusted the app as a tourist since I didn’t know how the parkings worked in this new country. Never trusting again I guess.
Add email to sign up
Frustrating to travel without a cell plan and I can only use if you can text me. Would be much better if you can sign up with email.

Where is Canada?
I'm wondering why Easy Park asks me what country I'm in. Don't they have GPS to see where I am? And why isn't Canada in the list? I'd also like to know how I can pay my ticket. I found a page for my credit card information, but it didn't process, so my ticket hasn't been paid. Just so I could get going on the process of paying, I chose Australia. I don't know if that would cause a problem.
Can’t register in Canada
So my kid was trying to park, downloaded the app and said “Canada isn’t an option” I thought she was missing something, so I downloaded it to check. Sure enough, North America has no options in the app. Rendering it completely useless. I tried just picking a random country but I get errors trying to add my plate and other details. Maybe fix this, easy park? Or stop advertising in countries you clearly can’t support.
SMS never received
I m currently in Italy trying to register the app SMS never received try resend as well but no luck
Will not refund erroneous charges.
Rented a vehicle for a week and found 6 months later the license plate of the rental vehicle was charged automatically on entry to a parking garage to my account. Mysteriously in this day and age this erroneous charge cannot be refunded??? Be prepared for this to happen to you!! Customer service was terrible. Could then not terminate my account due to this charge, which obviously left this vehicle open to further erroneous charges to my account. Do not use this service!
Costs more, why bother
Why would anyone pay 20% more than simply getting a ticket from the meter… Business model doesn’t make any sense
