Inconsistent
Easywork has been significantly inconsistent as an app for clocking in, leading to multiple issues for my employees in accurately recording their working hours. Unfortunately, despite various attempts, we have not found a satisfactory resolution to these ongoing problems. Replies that I often get is this: “Hi there, I am writing to sincerely apologize for the system downtime that occurred recently. We understand how important our services are to you and we regret the inconvenience and frustration that this has caused. The downtime was due to a technical issue that our team was not able to resolve in a timely manner. We understand that this impacted your ability to use our services and we take full responsibility for this. Please know that we are doing everything possible to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. Our team has implemented measures to ensure that our systems are more robust and reliable, and we are working to improve our communication process to keep you informed in case of any issues. We have fixed all issues that was preventing you from clocking in and logging in, please try again. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.” or this: “Hello, Thanks for contacting us! 👋 We regret any inconvenience that may have arisen due to an ongoing technical issue with our system.😓 Our team is diligently working to resolve the issue. We will reach out to you as soon as the problem is resolved!” Also, when you reply to their reply, you most often will get non existent replies or a super delayed response. In conclusion: The app has a lot of problems, and I want to warn other users to be cautious before buying it. It's better to do some research and read user reviews beforehand. Good luck!
