This app is very basic and poorly designed, in my opinion this is not worth investing in. Most of the advice is found for free on the internet.

This app is very basic and poorly designed, in my opinion this is not worth investing in. Most of the advice is found for free on the internet.
It should not be that I have to log-in each time I access this app. Even the logging-in is not straight forward because you have to access your account, then the system finally realizes you have an actual subscription. Because of this setup, every time you go to the app, you always get front end view asking to sign-up to the program. It makes absolutely no sense.
The EBS platform is amazing. I highly recommend it. However, the app is trash. It logs you out after a day. They need to invest in upgrading the app.
The Eat Burn Sleep lifestyle is truly life changing ! Through Yalda’s guidance , I have gone on an incredible journey of better understanding my body and my mind. I followed the surgery recovery specialized advice and experienced a very smooth recovery from a traumatic operation. Now I am following the IBS Protocol and have seen results in less than a week! The recipes are delicious, movement videos very fun and easy to sneak into a busy day . This lifestyle is truly a blessing and I am so grateful for the positive change it is creating in my life.
If you’re going to charge $300 for something, at least offer a trial.
My husband and I decided to join the EBS community and embark on the 6-week reset although we both had considered ourselves fairly healthy and living an active lifestyle. I wanted to trim down a few pounds and after seeing months of no progress and trying so many things (including 6x/week HITT workouts and counting calories), I gave the EBS lifestyle a chance as a final effort. To my surprise, not only did I lose weight (more than anticipated), but my husband and I felt amazing and full of energy. Although I always considered myself very healthy and eating well, EBS refined my knowledge and I could feel the wonderous benefits of reducing my inflammation. Especially I notice how I no longer feel "hangry"! My husband was very happy with his weight loss, but he was even happier with his mental clarity and increased energy. We really enjoy the lifestyle because it is easy to follow and we don't feel restricted like so many other diets. I also appreciate all of the health knowledge Yalda shares and recipes on the platform which are very easy to follow.
I love the EBS platform! On my 3rd week, and I'm much less bloated; I have lost 4 pounds and have little to no cravings! Also, I think that the movement videos are my favorite part of the platform. I never thought I could do Pilates/yoga, but I am, and I look forward to it.
Since I discovered eat burn sleep my overall health has improved drastically! I lost the extra weight post pregnancy, I no longer experience insomnia, I have way more energy on a daily basis. Yalda is extremely knowledgeable and shares it all. She has the ability to educate people on how to make better choices. I highly encourage everyone to subscribe because everyone can benefit from it !
I have probably tried every diet invented over the past 20 years to lose weight, and it was never sustainable. I always gained it back. I said I would try the Eat Burn Sleep platform instead and have learned so much about how to live a lifestyle, not just a diet. I have a lot of weight to lose, and I have lost 10 pounds so far. For the first time, I feel like I will hit my weight loss goal. I am excited for the day when I can come back here and share when I reach my goal. If you are looking to get healthy, not just lose weight, then this platform is for you. It covers the whole body with food, movement, and most importantly, mindset.
As a EatBurnSleep method follower I was sooo happy to finally have the app. It’s super easy to use, full of amazing recipes and advices. I love having the workouts and everything handy when I am not home.
