You claim carefully selecting restaurants, experience proves the opposite. you should show customers text reviews not only star rating.

1- i cant find my current order 2- i couldn’t enter OTP and my order kept pending forever and couldn’t place any other order or cancel the current one to reorder 3- i can’t add my cards in my profile 4- the delivery guys are not trained or cant use the app properly, ALWAYS so many call for directions although location ( Pin ) shared in the app but still its painful process 5- resturants never read the notes and i have to ALWAYS call them to make sure they did read it.

Delivery is too expensive, and only maybe 5-6 restaurants show up?? You should lower delivery fee from 7 to at least 3-5. Also add more restaurants.

App needs to have an automatic location adjustment feature

Order always takes over 1:30 hrs, with the order being lost and the restaurant not knowing where it was or how long the driver needs. Never using this app again.
