It was easy to learn. Just try clicking any of the items, like the date, to see a breakdown of amounts of many vitamins and minerals that are in the foods eaten that day. By clicking on any of these vitamins or minerals it is also possible to see how much of that vitamin or mineral came from each individual food eaten. It shows the amount and percentage of each vitamin and mineral based on your goals and the daily recommended amounts. I was so impressed to even be able to see the amount of oxalic acid, phytic acid, zinc, copper in each food I ate in the day. It is handy also to add a food before eating it, to see what it will do for the numbers. I have learned a lot and the more I use this app, the more I like it and am learning. Very easy to add a recipe and custom foods and can scan the bar code of the food. Although you only see a few key vitamins and minerals listed at the top of a day, there are many many more to see by clicking on the date or a food item or any vitamin or mineral. The more I use this app, the more I like it. Others apps I have tried are just extremely limited. I don’t see advertisements and I am not using a paid version of this app. Thank you to the producers of this app! This is way better and easier to use than other apps I have tried and some are only free for a small trial period. For those who want to know more than just protein, calories and carbs, this is an excellent app and easy to just learn by experimenting and clicking on each item. It is way better than I expected for doing whatever a person needs to do for eating a balanced diet based on any health concerns. Thank you for this very helpful app!!
Update: I haven’t used for a while, and now when I open it on my phone, part of the screen is blocked by actions list that is supposed to be on the side. I don’t know if this is related to the type of phone I have, but it shouldn’t do this no matter what phone I have. That’s the reason for the one star hopefully to get someone’s attention. Otherwise. This is a GREAT App! Can track every nutrient. I would love to have the ability to print out my daily totals or at least create an electronic report.

This is a very easy app to use. I’m very pleased with how much information it provides.
So glad I tried Eater Pad! Best for Macronutrients and Micronutrients tracking!! So many options for choosing which micronutrients you wish to track even on the FREE option. Easy to add favorite foods that are frequently eaten and then organize daily consumption by snack or meals. Love it! VERY Happy!
This app has such a nice layout, I love that it’s not crowded and provides clear and informative information on your intake.
Even though I uncovered a small issue on my device, which I reported to developer, I’m still giving 5 stars as I’m blown away by this app. Super clean interface, I.e. no junk graphics, and *extremely* comprehensive. I didn’t expect a biometrics tracking feature, which, as someone who has to track blood pressure daily, is a huge bonus. The free version is comprehensive enough but I decided to upgrade because good apps need to be supported.
This app has been so helpful for me. I have a condition called gastroparesis (partial paralysis of the stomach), and my nutritionist and GI both have me on a very specific diet to manage the symptoms. I love this app especially because it helps me keep track of the specific nutrients - while also not focusing on weight loss/weight gain. I also like that it doesn’t rate food as “good” or “bad,” but instead focuses on the numbers. Some of the foods I’m supposed to eat are sometimes considered “bad foods” in other apps (like white bread instead of whole grain), while some foods I have to avoid are sometimes considered good (like broccoli or beans). It makes it feel more guilt-free, and I don’t feel anxious logging my food. I’ve tried several apps to keep up with my doctors’ recommendations, and this one is absolutely the best.
