EBL SKYBANKING

Do the designers and developers have any idea how a modern financial/banking app should look like? They make us use this crappy app where there are financial apps like Wise, N26! Where these designers live, in a cave? Worst financial app anyone can have. I am ashamed that as an EBL user I have to use it. Only one star for the functionalities, it works.

The app stopped connecting to the server with the continuous error message “Sorry, the request cannot be processed at this moment. Please try later.” However, it was fixed almost immediately by the expert team. Nice support.

Whoever the developer is don’t know about migration. On each update, I need to uninstall the app, then re-register my device(precious time consuming). Need better develpoment of this app.

EBL is one of most popular in the Bangladesh. Like, There service, calculation and also there behave to customers it is really amazing. Thank EBL

I’m trying to update my mobile number it’s not working after given account number auto comes out from app please fix the bug asap. The bug still there please update the app

EBL was asking me to change my password. After successfully changing the password, I can only log in using my ID and password; Face ID is no longer working. If I try to log in with Face ID, it gets stuck at an infinite loading screen.

Please take a look at the font and the overall size of the UI elements for phones with smaller screens such as the iPhone SE 2016 and I’ll change my review to 5 stars. Thank you :)

I have previously used SkyBanking on Android, never faced any major issue . On iOS the experience is the worst, I don’t think they do proper QA on their iOS app. They wait till a substantial customers complains then they start working on fixes. Which is very irresponsible and not expected from EBL. 1. I can’t access my credit card after update 2. Binimoy Feature 90% of the time crashes 3. App Randomly crashes Another issue with skybanking is that if any NBSP transaction fails , you won’t get refunded instantly. You have to submit complain to to CC , after that you will get refund after days. This is very pathetic and reduces my confidence to use the app as most of the competitor’s app refunds instantly without any human intervention. This issue exist also on Android.
