very slow responce，don’t answer the phone
Because I need urgent first name change 4 hours before my flight，I called the phone you offered on the web page 020 3788 4832 for hours，but no one ever answered（kept calling it for hours），which cause me have to call the British number（2 phone calls cost me more than 300yuan） and very inconvenient，and difficult to get immediate solution and response，which made me lose all the money on my multi-flights，（from Kunming to France，from Frankfurd to Kunming）and had to book the same flights at extremely high price. Very bad experience with Ebookers especially the contact problem.
