eCabs: Request a Ride

Компания работает на Мальте. Водители берут заказы как попало. Ждёшь 10-15 минут, отсматриваешь трекинг. А потом отметка «выполнено», деньги списали. Мошенники. Писать некуда, звонить можно, а там звезда на мальтийском на тебя визжит. Подала все на возврат в банк, с претензиями. Надеюсь вытащат деньги. Не ставьте себе екаб, не кормите воров

I am just wondering how it is possible to invest so much money in the start up and make such a disgusting not working app. It is a kind of destructive behavior from executives.

First of all the old version of the app didn't work when needed. Later I found this updated app. No loyalty program. By updating it I had to register again as a new client. This is not a good way to try your loyal clients. The message here is: for me you are just a new client. The possible "bonus" of the loyalty program is gone. No matter if you always used the company. Terms in favor of the company but zero responsibility when the cab is not in time. Disappointed. Time to switch to a competitor. In addition after each update you have to register, seriously?????

The app keeps shutting down just after I click it. I have reinstalled it but still it doesn't work. Please fix!!! iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3

The app changed my driver twice and after 30 mins waiting the driver decided to cancel my ride. I called and have been informed that they are partners cannot communicate with their drivers. So why I am using the app ???? ECabs should be responsible once supporting these rides. Anyway you’re useless

I had this ride but my points didnt go to my points its still the same.

Driver push the extra waiting button by mistake, so I ask them to refund. But custmer support said " It might be your mistake". They never admit their own mistake, when something happen first things they do is " doubt customer ". Do you think you can serve good service? I'm not gonna use this scam company again.

The waiting times are always innacurate, and I ended up wait much longer. For example, today, I had as waiting time 4 minutes, I called the driver and he said that it woyld take more than 15 minutes. I wanted to cancel the ride but the fee is 3.60€. That is very unfair.
