First Charge, First Impression: A Smooth Ride
I'm thrilled to share my experience with the eCharge EV app. As a new EV owner, I was a bit apprehensive about charging my vehicle, but the app made the process incredibly easy.
Login UX horrible
The app doesn’t work, none of the forms of login works. We tried from multiple devices. After about 15-20 mins of trying, we gave up and went to another mall to charge.
Unreliable app
The app doesn’t let you charge without logging in. And the login has been broken since a year ago. If you see this charger in a mall or public place, save your time by avoiding it at all costs. Go for other alternatives instead. Also, without the app the charger won’t unlock. So good luck!
