ETC - It's like cancer
Once a commercial building installs their system it grows like a cancerous growth on your back. The only support you have is from ETC itself, want to upgrade your system? Good luck, you may as well replace everything. Just the fact that you have to pay $3 to setup basic functionality says it all. Something breaks, get ready to throw thousands of dollars in the bin to get someone from ETC to provide support. The application works, but considering you're spending a quarter million for a basic system; it had better work.
