App doesn’t accept username is funny. But the username works in the internet banking. So this app needs more Arrangements, is not yet stable . A times for the app to open is keeping on loading and loading for long, at times it will end up not opening. The internet banking is good But the app still needs more adjustments Also I just discovered the internet banking also takes so much time to load before it opens So the much work to be done to adjust the app

never have i ever in my life used an app this bad. any time i want to carry out any transaction for my business i drop to my knees and beg god, the almighty, to make me not die while using the app. the pain of opening and logging in is excruciating bro. update: aug 5. i tried using this app again and bro, never have i ever in my life use an app this painful to use. in fact, i’m going to move my business account elsewhere because of this.

Looks like a 7century app soo stupid

This app is very very slow. It’s takes more than 20mins for just a simple transfer. It takes more than 5mins just to login and it’s really frustrating. Pls work on it because it’s tiring
