I just opened this for Christmas and as of yet it will not sync to Bluetooth or work for me or my husband’s ring! I’m embarrassed and not happy

I cannot get the app to connect to the ring. I cannot download the QR code. So i downloaded the app through the APP store. Now it won’t recognize the ring. I was so excited. The ring is comfortable and it looks nice. I really wanted to like it. But it won’t connect. I can’t use it.

Everything about the ring or app is useless and shouldn’t even be on the market

We could not connect the app to Bluetooth. The scanner code would not scan. Very frustrating waste of three hours of our time. We are going to r eturn

I mainly bought this ring to monitor my blood pressure and sleep. The blood pressure and other factors that the ring measures are pretty accurate except for the sleep function. It only measures when you go to sleep and when you awaken; the problem is that most people with sleep problems get up several times during the night which often results in napping. This additional sleep is not monitored by the ring, so you don’t get an accurate reflection of exactly how much sleep you achieve got. Also, please update the app so weight can be inputted manually; currently, the app is very difficult to enter your correct weight. Thank you.

Let me start off by saying that I typically don’t write reviews but I felt compelled to this app. Seeing as the app is rated at 1.9 currently does do it justice. So here’s my review. Everything that this app says it can track, it has. I has accurately tracked my sleep, blood pressure, stress level, and exercise. I can say this because I have tracked all these areas with different methods and obtained the same results. The only reason why I didn’t give this app 5 stars is because I believe there is always room for improvement.

Sleep monitoring not accurate. I can’t log in it’s too buggy. Can’t change weight to pounds, and can’t change height to feet and inches. App needs a lot of fixes. About to send it back.

On the front side, everything is in English and it says English is one of the languages this app supports, but I don’t see how to change it from Chinese, and I also don’t see how to change from KG and CM to United States measurements.

Needs major improvement is needed when it comes to inputting your information. Everything is in CM or KG. Should have inches added on there to make it more user friendly.

I have irregular periods and wish I could input my own days that I’m on my period. Also add something for the days im intimate and it adjusts my ovulation to my body temperature.
