They blocked my account with money. Business is down
My account blocked already more than 1 month because FATCA form still under review. My business stopped, i can not do any transactions at all! Your support only sent me "We are working on this, just wait" I can not wait! I need to pay salary, rent! My people can not wait, they have to pay bills and feed their families! You hold my money!
Process tooslow
Since 20 days till now they took more than 20 ducemnts and still pending
Useless
It’s always lagging and glitching. Now I don’t receive OTP to any number anymore
No service at all!
Open a bank account with them at your own risk. Only way to cash out is through online transfer and it doesn’t work or takes days most of the time. Use banks like Wio or Enbd for better service.
Opening issued
Some time it’s work perfectly but some time facing worst services of apps, Kindly fixed it,

Not able to register
I have been trying to complete my registration since two weeks, even that i called them twice. After emirates ID scanning , i just cannot complete the registration, and error msg appears.
Poor app
Extremely limited functionality. I can’t get my statements and now after the update I can’t even login. You should get better quality control
Cannot open app after ios 16 update
After i had updated ios 16 the mobile application is unable to open. while opening it us just showing the bank logo and automatically closes
