Eden Jaxx

I have always ordered food from eden jaxx and loved it. But when I ordered it via the app it came 30 minutes later than I was initially told, with the wrong drinks and the food was cold. I tried to email their support service and didn’t get any reply. So I would recomend to get the food from eden jaxx, but not with their app.

Use the app, pay for the order, go there, wait for a long time, they say they can’t make your order anyway as they’ve got too many orders, ask for canceling the order & getting your money back, wait again for half an hour, they can’t help you, lost the money, didn’t get the food, no customer support, they ignore all your messages, totally unacceptable. Don’t recommend at all.

Vi forudbestilte og endte med at få vores mad leveret en hel del senere, end det var bestilt til. Og app’en blev ved med at skrive, der var 1, så 0, så 1, og så 0 minutter til levering … Men reelt var maden 20 minutter forsinket.

af betaling med kort (selvom kort skal man trykke på kort igen for at kunne betale. Navnet på firma er ikke sigende når der skal bekræftes via nem ide)
