Easy to use and great discount for the stores I enjoy going to

I have recently tried to update an out dated credit card but even ticking add new payment method didn’t update the card. The discounts available are excellent just frustrated having to toe in the credit card number every time!

I tried reset my credential 3-4 time and it shows success but login never works. Corporate should look for better options.

Been using for 3-4 years now as part of an employer perk. Very reliable, easy to use good savings. E vouchers Very quick to come through while I wait in the shop- would highly recommend.

Excellent app. The savings are almost instant. My only gripe is every so often some of the main supermarket discounts disappear and reappear with no warning. For example my main supermarket near where we live is asda and the discount sometimes goes off the app and then back on. The average 4% over the year here accounts to nearly £200 saved at this supermarket and others alone. Its a no brainer and it takes about less than a minute to purchase them using the app. Clarks shoes for my children often give over 10% again all little savings that add up… The e vouchers arrive pretty much within less than 10minutes of purchase. I have saved at least £500 on food in less than 2years which helps to pay off the mortgage in the long term and puts more food on the table. I thank my employer and eden red for this! Highly recommended app essential for families and all alike!

It’s very good app for discounts

Really good and slick process

Under Help all you get is T&Cs. It seems they forgot what UX and UI is when developing the app. The discounts are already bad, no cash back, no option to pay other than master card or visa, PayPal at least. It is obvious this is just a way for the business to make money and not of any help to employees. The competition has managed to achieve better deals so not an issue with what companies can provide. I’ll continue to use HealthSheild instead and will advise my employer to go into tender again to provide better value for money to their employees.

Love using this app it’s simple and easy to navigate through.

The app is good, easy to use and navigate. However, it would be good to have a function for removing old credit card details and update personal details.
