Once you subscribe to prime; you can't cancel and they renew automatically without any notice ; you have to make international call to talk tothem asking to cancel your subscription

Not recommended at all…Worst application ever untrusted, made me miss my flight and lose my money for misleading information on my ticket without any compensation either booking another flight or refund my money!! Every time I call the customer service I get the same answer your refund is ESCALATED!!!

They deducted 89.99 euros from my credit card without my consent or confirmation, I didn’t ask or apply for any subscription and they refused to refund the full amount !!

They stole 70 dollar for prime that Iam not requested to subscribe

$70 was deducted unjustly. The amount was not refunded. Note that I did not request a subscription or any services from you. Did a mistake and tried to buy flight tickets. Money on hold and they cannot buy the ticket from the flight CORP they don’t even offer to fix a simple name mistake and they cancel the tickets which is fine but the worst experience is that i had to wait 15 days till the money released again to my account. While with another app the tickets took only the ne min to book and confirm Totally not recommended as experience and as a support

I canceled my ticket 6 months ago and I didn’t get my money back till now Very bad application 😡😡😡

I booked a flight and waited for 24 hours to receive a confirmation, then the flight cancelled with no customer support and without refund. Then I booked from another provider with almost 50% more than the amount due to the delay of booking. I did not receive my money till now and they let me frustrated without any response.
