eDreams: Flights, hotels, cars

I was charged for an eDreams Prime annual subscription that I never requested or authorized. There was no transparency about the charges, and canceling the subscription is unnecessarily difficult. This feels deceptive and unethical. I strongly advise others to avoid this app unless they improve their billing practices and customer support. Beware of hidden charges!

I was informed on your website that I would be notified prior to my subscription renewal date which I was not. I have not authorised this annual transaction for the 2nd year. Please refund the full subscription payment amount as soon possible and cancel my subscription with eDreams.

You advertise prime is free then want to charge me $99 and if not paid you keep my money. Scammers. Never use EDream again

This company seems to run smoothly at first if the flight your booking is not discounted much but when you become a prime member the dishonesty begins. With “Price Freeze” they will not honour the price that you froze it at if it’s a lot cheaper after the 3 days. They just refunded me the money after confirming it was booked. I did not get my money back straight away and they refused to rebook it. They said the flight was booked out. It was not and I was still available to purchase a ticket after they cancelled my booking. Obviously foe the more expensive price. Previously I tried to use the 2 free cancellations a year with 80% return. They refused saying those flights were not included. Nothing is written saying some flights are not. Then when asked for the reasons behind the cancellations and not honouring the prices they say the airline rejected it and put all blame on them. They also heavily inflate extras.. I combated that by using the airlines booking reference they sent me and then entered the flight into the airlines app and did it all through them and normal prices. They lie to consumers and for me personally left me without a flight, the money to rebook the cost of flights to return home now more expensive. With no way to get home from my trip I asked for a refund of flight down that was booked at the same time… they won’t refund that flight now either!

Booking supposed to be on AUD but charged in EUR.

I'm in Australia and I booked a ticket with this company thinking it was in Australian currency but didn't realise it was in US currency until after the payment was confirmed, so the price ended up much more expensive than what other travel companies were selling! Please note that other travel companies list tickets in US currency as "US $" but this company only shows "$", which is confusing, extremely unprofessional. I am an sociap media influencer I will be posting on my social media to get more people to boycott this company!

I went into their app just to buy an airfare, once i bought the tickets the amount they charged to my credit card was 20 % more expensive than what it shows in the app then next day they withdrew another $16 dollars without my authorisation, when you call customer support they deny , they dont even provide an invoice Stay away at any cost

I’ve been trying to cancel my prime subscription account because i’m not using it anymore and it’s been charging me 2 months now. They don’t have the cancel subscription button anywhere. They say on their website that there’s an option for calling or cancelling through their website and app. I can’t call them at the moment because I’m overseas so I tried cancelling via the next option. No luck still, and their virtual chat is of no help because they suggest to call instead of CHATTING just to resolve it quicker. Like I said I cannot call them at this time.

So for some reason thought prime was a bonus, now after 15 days they rip me off for 99.99 aud not once but twice, called the call centre and I was laughed at and they hung up. I will continue to pursue my bank for a refund, the app and site is rubbish, use another company, this mob doesn’t deserve your money.
