Была куплена полная версия, потом ввели какие-то аккаунты и в итоге даже то, что было куплено сейчас закрыто. Можно как-то восстановить? А так игра нам нравилась!

Есть аккаунт с подпиской Amaya +, но в это приложение войти я не могу, хотя в другие заходит. Пишет, что нет такого аккаунта. В чем может быть проблема?
