Educators WI Mobile Banking

This app does not let me login at all it’s acting all weird there’s a 50 letter username I’ve never seen before in my life n it changed it seems like otherwise someone is trying to hack me or something idk. It used to be simple I literally 4 hours ago I could log in and now I can’t and it changed just weird. I also call Eva bc it’s so late and they can’t recognize my account number something weird is going on, also sorry for the rant I go on the online website to log in and I also can’t do it there either so this app right now is bad for me at least with this new stuff if that is really the app!
