Is so slow on all days. I don’t feel like we customers are being treated fairly. Except to just keep paying late fees. Out of nowhere a transaction appears… and the transaction we expect to see appears days later. Making us miss future payments and bills. Are you guys cheating us for profit? The next time I’m making money with this credit union. I’m pulling everything out. Maybe leave 10 -100 dollars. See if anything goes from there.

One star because I can’t log into the app using the two factor authentication system. There is no text box to enter the code in. Every month I deal with this. This developer doesn’t deserve their paycheck. I’ve never ran into this ever. Newest iOS software on newest iPhone.

The app is basic the company is self if good but the app fills old and out of date and would be nice to be able to send money to other banks or accts

Takes forever to transfer into my bank account

The app is great, but I would give it a five star if I was able to use Zelle with this bank company. But overall I like it it’s simple.

Very enjoyable experience on the app so far and it’s great for making transfers or the occasional balance check.

It’s bad because when your trying to figure how munch u have left it won’t tell you
