It’s useless ;cant pay with my card when it reach to OTP Why you don’t fix it The only way to pay from the website online but not with your app

I have to setup Face ID every time I try to login. This issue appeared after the latest update. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the issue remains. Hope this will be fixed soon!

تحية طيبة اخر خطوة في عملية الدفع ، لا يمكن الوصول الى مكان ادخال رقم الكود المرسل من البنك ، كذلك لا يمكن الوصول الى زر اتمام العملية غير متوفر ، فيه مشكلة بالموضوع يا ريت تحلوها، للعلم جهاز هاتفي هو iPhone

Can you please hire a 8 years kid to fix your useless app??! Or is there a option to give you less than -10 stars on this useless i dont know what to call it its far a way from mobile application

أنا مغتربة واحاول منذ شهر ١٢ الدفع عن طريق التطبيق لكن عملية الدفع دائما تفشل، وأضطر للذهاب لفرع البنك العربي للدفع، وعندما وحدت اليوم انه يوجد تحديث للتطبيق تفاءلت خيرا لكن هيهات، نفس المشكلة ما زالت موجودة!!! ما التحديث الذي حصل؟ لا شيء! تطبيق فاشلَ

More than 2 months and still cannot do any card payments (on app and on desktop). App stuck at the OTP page and desktop stuck at an endless loading page. Tried different phones and different browsers and still can’t do any payments. Update: contacted support as advised and no solution until now. They know the problem and they are aware of it and still they didn’t update a fix to this issue.

Despite using the latest App version , While using an iPhone app to do the payment I could not fill the OTP in the box .
