always stuck on the passport capture, the app never recognizes the passport picture although it’s clear

Sign up process is very long and frustrating, asking for many information and don’t know why it is needed

The application did not work with me completely, I removed it and downloaded it more than once and the same problem still exists.

Tried to sign up several times. Walks me through the whole registration process then stops and loses all data.

I can’t believe that EFG with all the revenue it generates from mega deals is charging to show live stock market data and not giving it free of charge, this is not an expected action for a company that makes billions

I am having a hard time when activating my account. The camera won’t focus on the national ID and thus the image is blurry and I can’t verify my account. Please fix it

ده اسوأ حاجة ممكن تتعامل معاها مفيش اوبشنز لاي حاجة كل شئ مفروض حقيقي ده من اسباب تغير التعامل مع efg

Dark Mode is needed in the new application like in the old one as the current bright mode is tiring for the eyes. Data is presented in a good format but it lacks to be compact like in the old app so we can’t easily see the overall picture. Old personalized watchlists are not accessible.
