The trips overview is pointless: I can't access it when I come to a location w/o Internet access. There is no export to Wallet iOS app (or I can't find one) and export to PDF results in a brief teaser w/o the booking details. Resume: 100% useless for me :-/
App won’t even open now. No updates or bug fixes, totally unable to see or book travel. App sucks
It just….works…every time. If you do get hooped customer service in the 1-800 is great. Don’t change a thing !
The application froze, making it difficult to navigate.
Using this apps on iPhone 7 keep kicked you out as soon as you select the hotel every time. Unusable apps. Please fix this issue

Can’t login, reset password doesn’t work either. No support channels listed on the login / reset password pages.
Cannot login using sso, login screen resets my information everytime.
Very frustrating to see price increases interrupt my booking. Overall the app is easy but I searched and picked a flight relatively quickly. On completing the transaction the flight was no longer available. I started over and refreshed availability and found the flight still there but at a slightly higher price. Just feels like gouging to me.
