ACCESS DENIED
App was working fine for months…now I get “ACCESS DENIED” Cancelled app and reloaded…NADA.
Access Denied Error
Was using the app just fine for quite awhile. Then one day unable to log in due to an access denied error. I’m using my proper credentials. Thankfully the CardControls app still works for me. I’m disappointed with the lack of quality in service here. I should not be having problems accessing the main app as a member.
App needs an overhaul
I like the bank, however; their app needs a serious overhaul. The credit check part I do like, but the rest of it is non-intuitive and lacks ease of use and flow. I’d recommend they re-develop the app and take a look at the online banking that companies like Wells Fargo have with their streamlined nature of the app.
Access Denied error
Tried the app this morning at 7:30am May 13, 2024 and facial recognition gives me an Access Denied error now. Removed and reinstalled the app tried logging in without the facial ID with the same Access Denied. Went to the website and logged in just fine. This app is suppose to make life easier not more complicated. Please post on EFCU’s website if the App is down or if there are network issues for the App. If the App is not broke, stop fixing it! It was working just fine. Bugs, security concerns then fix it. This app stops working at the worst times!
Mobile app has gotten awful!
Constantly getting Access Denied when trying to log into mobile app. EFCU, get this fixed ASAP!!
Access Denied Constantly
I downloaded the app, use it for several months and then all of a sudden access is denied. I contact the bank, they tell me I need VPN. So, I spend over $150 to subscribe to VPN. I am able to use the app for a few weeks and then again access denied! WTH? What is going on with this app?
Bad update
Whatever update they pushed is bad. I can’t log in even after reinstall. The previous update made the app not much user friendly. Needs to be better.
I haven’t been able to access for a month
I get the same “access denied” red box every time I try to log in
App doesn’t work about 80% of the time
When the app first came out I had no problems logging in and access my accounts. But since the last few updates, about 80% of the time it won’t let me log in?!! Have tried everything, even deleting the app, uploading it again, adding my username and password, and it comes up with access denia or some type of error??!! really horrible app! Finally decided to delete the app and use the Credit Union website …
