Doesn't work. Keeps asking for firmware update but it's the newest one installed already

Doesn’t work

Doesn’t work- keeps wanting a firmware update before it’ll allow me to view the camera even though the firmware is on the latest version.

Broken

New app requires firmware update on the camera. The firmware update fails every time. Tried lots. Now unable to access my own cctv. Ridiculous.

Firmware update = total failure

Unit is trying to update the firmware, then fails instantly due to ‘poor connection to router’ - yet it states the signal is excellent. Ruined - doesn’t work anymore you fools.

Motion detection still doesn’t work after three updates

When I first got there so I thought it was great but the motion detection is not been working for months and that’s after three updates do they even look at these reviews, Hey somebody sort this problem out please

Does not work!

New user. Every time I try and log in. It immediately scrolls back to the logon screen, with a message saying : “Expired” “Session expired because you have not used it in a long time” Damm right I haven’t used it in a long time....I’m a new user and have never used the app before. Utterly useless app at this point.

Shocking app. Can’t even get password to work.

Worst app ever. I’ve tried 10’s of passwords but always get the same rubbish. More security than Mi5. Have given up. Terrible.

Old Neos Camera - App no longer supported?

Neos used to give these out part of their home insurance deals. They’ve now superseded this model with a better camera. Rather than recycle it I though maybe the manufacturers app would allow me to carry on using it around my home. It seems as though the App fails when you have to verify your email address sadly. It’s a shame, it’s a great camera

Great app, really well done. For some reason the latest update has caused motion/sound detection to stop working... hopefully this will be sorted asap. Another small bug, the Siren doesn’t work for me.
