I really love the new app. Test results get loaded quickly. Before when it was Lourdes I had to find on the web and dig for a way to get a virtual appointment. With this new app it’s all located in one easy spot. You can also message your provider as well. I do wish my provider was a little more responsive when I email him. It is a new system so I definitely understand. Really really nice app.

Easy to use, easy to understand and very intuitive. This app connects you to your test results and health records in a super easy way.

I am enjoying this app so much. It’s easy and looks appealing not like some boring generic app. Has excellent features that are easy to follow. So glad you are taking care of us Lourdes patients now. Immensely grateful April R

This is an absolute pain in the butt. You keep asking the same things all the time. Get this system coordinated.

THE Most confusing medical portal I've ever experienced!!!! You that are responsible for it should be ashamed ' Because it doesn't earn any benefit to me as a patient! DISGUSTING & FRUSTRATING!

For cancer patients and Broome county dealing with Broome Oncology records are not submitted and this app. Broome Oncology at UHS and Lourdes have no plans to join the app.

Love eGuthrie! It's so convenient to log in and make an appointment, check test results, send messages, etc. I love not having to call! 👍🏼
