Only option app provides is set static temperature manually. Very disappointing for a 2.5k product

They shut down all third party integrations and force you to pay a ridiculous monthly fee just to use a product you already own. Don’t support businesses that are anti-consumer. You can manually set the temperature to 1 settings - that’s all the functionality that your $2000+ smart bed will do if you unsubscribe. If I expect to live another 60 years then I’ll end up paying $12,000 just to sleep in my own bed.

Please add an Apple Watch app. I don’t want to have to use my phone around my bed

this thing cost more than a car and you can’t use it because the firmware doesn’t update. I literally bought it three days ago and I can’t get it to work and every time you try to get it to pair to Bluetooth it takes 30 minutes and fully tries of unplugging this thing plugging it back in holding on this button and it still doesn’t work maybe one percent of the time.

Had this for just about 3 years and the pod randomly wouldn’t turn on anymore for no reason at all. You would think something so expensive would last way longer than 3 years and the company offers no complimentary replacement and doesn’t even offer technicians to fix it for a price instead they ask you to pay for a whole new one for the same price. Not only is that horrendously wasteful but actually fraudulent considering I have seen so many other reviews saying this product doesn’t last very long and every time the company claims it’s “very rare” when it’s actually incredibly common (as you can see on all the other reviews here). Going to try the BedJet as I’ve heard it’s much cheaper with a much longer lifespan (so many good reviews too). Take everyone here’s advice and save your wallet before getting scammed.

For the money paid for the ultimate I should be able to invoke bed position and temp settings from voice assistants along with a watch app. The hardware is second to none but the software needs work.

Overall, works alright for my husband and I. Would be nice to adjust the temperature from my watch, and not have to reach for my phone in the middle of the night.

We need more than just “Tonight Only” or “All Nights” We need a “Nap” or “One Time” or some other options.. Why are mattress adjustments only available at night? If I get in bed at some other point in the day and make an adjustment I should be able to make an immediate change, for a nap let’s say, and it not change that nights schedule.

It’s really great when they update the app so that you can’t end sleep tracking and save for the night, so most of the functionality is completely useless. Maybe try some regression testing next build?
