Just hangs when I enter my eir account information to log in

Absolutely terrible app you can’t even log in. eir don’t update this app.And it never works eir sort your app out

Seems this app doesn’t work at all. Not sure why it’s listed.

Used to be a good app but like everything with eir, no customer service and no follow up. Even their support line don’t know much. Very disappointing . Will never recommend Eir

eir call centre advised downloading the app to help resolve some issues I was having on my landline and fibre connection. It would appear they too were unaware of the SSL issue and no updates on the App. This best describes Irelands worst performing telco. One half does not communicate with the other and the whole organisation does not communicate with its customers 😡 The single star is for the call centre staff who answer the phone…………. Eventually.

Can’t log in on the app. I keep getting ssl issue. It’s ridiculous. Fix it it’s months going on like this

I’ve used the app sporadically to make calls with my home phone number provided by Eir. Today I tried to log in and only receive “An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be established”. The last time the app was updated was five years ago and it wasn’t even Eir that updated it! Apple updated the app to show the Apple Watch icon. Seems the app has been abandoned.
