ekko: eco-positive debit card

Downloaded app hopeful to try it out and leave a good review, however I can't make an account at the moment as they're closed?

Subscribe page isn’t working. Been a couple of hours still blank screen with accept terms then nothing

I sent an email regarding a payment that was sent to my ekko account from binance it has been sent and should of arrived within 24hrs it has been 3days now I have not heard a reply from you guys which is poor, I go on to the app today to see if it had been updated but I was even logged out of my account I try log in and it keeps saying incorrect passcode then I’m trying to reset it and the email is not sending to my gmail at all I need my money asap this is ridiculous and you guys have no decorum I feel scammed. Was working fine till 3days ago

Frozen my account for no reason won’t respond to my emailed I have kids and they have taken my money from me and won’t give it back don’t download this app it’s a complete scam

Made and account and was using it fine for about a month then the account was closed for no reason and they won’t respond to my emails to get my money back!! They told me the money would be sent back to the account in which they came and I am still waiting 2 months later I would absolutely not recommend downloading good reviews are most likely fake as the don’t respond to emails and hold onto your money. If you made an account your best bet is to withdraw asap. I will be reporting to authorities and hopefully whoever is behind this will be caught.

Absolutely crap you can take your money out keeps saying error and when you contact customer service no body gets back to you I’ve been trying all day to transfer money but can not do it and no response from customer service don’t get this app unless you want headaches

PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS APP. YOU ARE BETTER OFF WITH A MONZO OR SOMETHING ELSE. ANY MONEY YOU PUT IN THE ACCOUNT THEY WILL FREEZE IT & STEAL FROM YOU !

Been stuck in the identity verification stage for almost 2 hours now. Tried closing and relaunching the app but still the same issue.

I signed up for a free account in a couple of minutes and now use the app on a regular basis. It provides everything you need to manage your account, track your spending and, importantly for me, see the real world difference using an ekko account makes. A great app that supports a great business.
