What to change seats? Can't do it in the app! they tell you to call the customer service. What to use you 'save the price' voucher you paid $$ for? You can't! the app server is undergoing maintenance! Call the customer service. This app is more useless than ELAL's website. Better use the website if one must.

I was fortunate to reach her by calling +972-52-809-9971, and I can sincerely say that speaking with her was the most helpful and professional customer service experience I’ve had in recent memory. I’ve owned a business for 25 years, and I can tell you firsthand—Sharon is the kind of employee every business owner dreams of having on their team. She demonstrated initiative, care, competence, and follow-through that went well beyond what I expected. My situation was complicated by a partnership between EL AL and Delta. Although I had booked my flight through EL AL, when I arrived at LAX, Delta had no seat assignment for me. Their communication was limited and frustrating, and their service continued to deteriorate over the course of my trip. I encountered multiple delays, a non-operational plane, and a seat reassignment that was misrepresented as an upgrade. The final straw was being left stranded at JFK Airport in the middle of the night, despite an email from Delta stating I had been rebooked. When I tried to follow up, they refused to help and pushed all responsibility onto EL AL. Amidst all this, Sharon was a beacon of clarity and support. Before Delta could even figure out what was going on, Sharon had already secured a seat for me on my flight. She followed up not once but twice to make sure I was taken care of. And when things fell apart even further with Delta, it was Sharon who stepped in once again and resolved the situation when no one else would. Her compassion, attentiveness, and commitment made a world of difference to me during a very stressful travel experience. People like Sharon are rare—and priceless. I hope her outstanding service is recognized and celebrated within your organization. Thank you for employing such remarkable individuals. It’s so informational and directional on point

Awesome App

My experience has been exceptional. The only comment I would make is that the meal selection save be closer to the selection instead of on top. I had to change my flight once and it was updated almost immediately. Love El Al!
