ElectricPe: EV Charging & Shop

Due to some issue in server the stop charge option no more coming. I hv to power of and remove charger from bike. But the charge is active Any other person can use the socket now and money ll b deducted from my acc. Support not available 24/7 to resolve too. Pathetic solution

I am first time user not sure if I am following the instructions correctly.

station is very good and sufficient parking space but ElectricPe making foolish us every month on increasing subscription charges and discount reduced to 50% of total bill it’s ratalu waste don’t opt any subscription fees if any emergency directly charge don’t take any subscription if taking subscription at least you have spent more than 2000(sub fee+ final bill) for only 50 units better charge direct from bescom you will be charge for 50 unit only 350-400( 7rs/unit as per bescom) rest amount company will loot ur money around 1650 per month thank you I hope every one reached my message

Charging is good but when the charging station goes offline then I can’t charge my vehicle. Please enable Bluetooth/offline charging in iOS devices as well

This makes it so unfriendly. For whatever reason, I don’t want to update the app. I understand that you have new features, but you’re forcing me to update the app when the user is sometimes in a rush. Not cool

Excellent service and charging efficiency

Customer service is good !!! In app it shows there is an option to cutoff the power and when we got also it doesn’t work please consider this feedback and work on app properly

The app is really slow, it’s keeps getting logged out and says session expired. It takes forever to load a page. Automatically shuts the app down.

Paid for subscription but not able to use And bills are too high Even after full charge billing is happening

Your green plan’s price is increasing every month. First month it was 199/- then 249/- now its 293/- 😅 Settle down people. I ain't gonna be fooled this time…
