Nice app, but slow connection
The app is great in term of usability, but sometimes requires a few attempts to login.

Once you’ve registered with the app you’ll be able to:
• View your current insurance
• Make changes to your personal information
• Save and print your policy documents
• Contact us if you have a question
Customers who insure their car or van with us can take advantage of these extra features:
• MyTrips, where you can share your journeys to unlock achievement badges
• Emergency assistance to get help in the event of an accident
If you've selected ‘Allow all the time’ for the app accessing your location, it collects data about your journeys. You can control your data, tell the app whether you were the driver or passenger, and ignore bus or bike journeys if they've been collected too. Never works
Can never access account always says error code 102, very frustrating!
Terrible
The loading times are pitiful and NEED to be rectified, the app is unusable
taking forever to login
loading page taking forever to load. been trying for 2 days now still unable to load the “my account” page.
Not a great app
Meantime is easy to create your profile the app doesn’t log into your account straight away you need to try several times until you are actually able to access to your information. This far away to be effective and is very poor for a 2025 app.
Terrible app
Feels like it was written by an 18 year old intern on New Year’s Day after a heavy night of partying it’s so bad
Registration doesn’t work
App states a set of password rules; but seemingly even passwords that meet them don’t work. Unable to create account. Moreover the password rules are pretty dumb, usual upper, lower , number and special characters

Never works
App never works, been loading since the day I was born one and then crashes every time. Horrible app to use especially when needed in an emergency!
