I have to use this app multiple times a day for work. It performs so poorly and I have to end up uninstalling and reinstalling all the time.

It rare that it even opens. Hard to switch counties. Update this app or go to the court house and get a paper copy!

Logs you out each time you change counties and then doesn’t actually change the county to your selection.

No longer can view latest sales on mobile, constantly having to redownload to fix issues.

I use the web browser version of this GIS frequently, and while it has issues, it (typically) works and provides necessary information. My experience with this app is that you select a county, log in the first time you use it, and then it goes to that county’s map every time thereafter. However there is no information there. I can toggle the satellite layer off and on. But that is literally the extent of it. I cannot click parcels, a search returns no results. What is the goal with this? Why do you provide an app that has literally zero functionality?

I use this app earlier today, and I was trying to use it once again and it fails to load anything at any time you click on anything it freezes I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing seems to work

Hasn’t worked for weeks!!

The app won’t function and doesn’t do anything.

The app never works on your phone.

I use this app a lot when responding on fire/ems runs and I often have to completely uninstall the app and reinstall it because it gets stuck on the blue dot loading screen. It’s a shame that counties pay for this service and this is the quality of app provided.
