Very smooth and having good experience

My experience with them has been good but not great. I had a transfer not go through my other bank and the support team had no clue until weeks about where my money went. It took them a month to reverse my transfer. If they resolve support issues faster or at least have a system in place that allows support to inform customers about their problems fast, I’d give it 5 stars.

I recently applied for an account with Elevate Pay and have been deeply disappointed by their lack of communication and customer support. Despite submitting all required information and documents, I received no response or updates on my application status.
