I can’t scan the floor it doesn’t do anything. I was told to try it on carpet but we don’t have carpet Also doesn’t give you lots of options for different elf’s.

wouldn't waste your time
it's rubbish, everything about the app is ok apart from the scanning the floor part what a nightmare. I spent half an hour trying to get it to work It's not worth paying for that's for sure i've requested a refund.
Great concept
Elf cam is a great concept but needs some work as the elf doesn’t adjust to the floor levels that you scan. Great for fooling the kids but needs work to make it really great. But ok value for money
Not Free
Despite being free to download there’s nothing you can do, you have to purchase a subscription to be able to even get to design an elf. If you’re a single parent/low income household there are other apps that have limited pieces but pieces nonetheless for free, this app doesn’t.
Don’t waste your money
Rarely works. Doesn’t save properly. Waste of time. And money.
Isn’t free
Just on principle I’m not going to be paying £2.99 for the in-app purchase. Just say the app is £2.99 and be done with it!! Why waste people’s time?
Worst app
Ive had a smart phone for years. This is the only app ever that’s not worked. Get to scan floor and it just sticks on this screen and doesn’t work. Worst app ever so disappointed and waste of money
Maybe just too old to use!
At 43 I am usually ok ish with tech but I couldn’t get away with this… all I could get the elf to do was jump about in the same place 😅 Also my elf doesn’t look like any of the combinations that they give you so I can’t get green boots and stripy arms like my elf has so it doesn’t work for us… but disappointed to have wasted £2.99 to find this out… would be better with extra colour options and some one who could work the tech 😂

Does not work. Don’t waste your money.
I wasn’t happy
I installed this app for my sister cuz I thought it would continue the magic for her. However I found that I was needing to pay, I was quite upset with this because I thought my sister would love it. Now she won’t experience this due to it having costing money. I’m not saying all features should be free but at least have some for free. Hope this changes soon!
