elGrocer: UAE Grocery Delivery

The worst delivery ever. Always delaying, always mistakes in the orders. But yesterday night they just simply didn’t deliver baby food at the night which I needed a lot.

Order did not get delivered , in app it shows as delivered, money was already deducted , when i talked to customer service agent she send proof of delivery some random guy holding a cover which was not mine on a road side , what nonsense … it was supposed to be delivered to my flat and i was alone at home to collect it , please refund as soon as possible. I kindly request people to opt for other stores like noon , dont fall for their trap

Not only they send fake offers but also they don’t update their stock quantities

very worst experience with this application… i got wrong item… i informed them through customer service executive… and i wait for 1and half hour, there is no reply from their side after sometime chat automatically closed.. i used this application because of smiles application… i am using smiles for more-than one year.. they have efficient customer service , if we have any complaints.. but here worst experience with it better use noon’s grocery.. noon is better for purchasing of groceries…

I placed the order and made payment through mobile pay. After sometime I received another message saying they increased the value of the vegetables. And then they deducted amount from my credit card without my permission.

When you apply promo code and get discount, later even after payment is deducted, they will say payment not received and cancel the order automatically

If you are bored of being indoors and want to just spice things up or you simply want to get irritated for some irrational reason then you should totally download this app.. they barely know how to generate bills, mine had a difference of Aed40 to what was originally generated.. the delivery men call you up and ask you to send WhatsApp location on the number they dictate on the call and when you ask them to check the address provided expect them to say .. “ if you want your delivery send me your location or else you won’t get any”, ( right out of a telenovela right!!) moreover , let me amaze you, that they charge you Aed5 for this amazing service. Now you’d be thinking this is the end of the story , things get better .. the customer service takes forever to reply .. this part is a little understandable, since they must be swamped with orders .. what makes me wonder is who are these other people who are ordering from these services ..

Horrible customer support team and worst experience shopping in your site

They dont care for customers You just cant reach them by any manner They will keep you waiting forever for your orders to deliver beyond the promised delivery time. Pathetic, will never use this again!

In the day and age where customer service and customer response are crucial to the success of any business, El Grocer fails miserably. I’ve ordered from this app twice and on both occasions, the orders were horribly late and the customer support has been zero. I’m going to delete this app now and would advise everyone the same and escape their disappointment.
