Elinta Charge

I’ve charged a car 8 days ago, yet my session is still active for more than 200 hours now. The app does not allow me to end session and charge the car at other station, as previous station has lost connection. I’ve contacted support yesterday, as wanted to charge the car - but no help. It’s a shame, as Elinta has charging points at convenient locations for me, but I’ll have to avoid it in the future, as it just does not work.

Button to continue doesn't appear by clicking register and filling the information. Cannot even start using the app

Payment system doesn’t work. Doesn’t save the card and after all the hassle of putting the details in for 4 times the payments didn’t go though. No information on charging points about how to use them.

Complicated, crashes, does not work properly, asks for deposit. Highly unrecommended

Payment working incorrectly, balance isnt coming back to banking account. User design isnt nice. Also i need to enter card data again when it didnt authorized correctly. App working with delay. Bad user experience.

Doesn’t work

Better dont download and dont use this app, if not charging in weekends tech support dont arrive untill monday, lady on the phone cant comunicate at all, and cant help. When you star session you pay money, but charging station not charging your car. Then you must stop session for which you pay money, and you starting new one and again paiyng money and so on untill you dont have money, power in car, and nervs… Total crap..
